Head in the Clouds Consulting Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Titan Training Academy mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and optionally your email address (if you choose to share it).
  • Dog Profiles: Name, breed, age, sex, and temperament tags for your dogs.
  • Training Data: Session logs including exercise names, durations, ratings, and notes you add.
  • User Preferences: Training style preferences, notification settings, and app customization choices.

Voice and Audio Data

  • Voice Chat: When using voice chat features (Pro/Elite tiers), your voice audio is processed by our voice synthesis provider (Hume AI) to enable conversational coaching. Audio is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and performance metrics.
  • Device Information: Device type, iOS version, and app version for compatibility purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's functionality
  • Personalize your training experience
  • Generate training plans tailored to your dog's profile
  • Provide AI coaching features (Pro/Elite tiers only)
  • Send training reminders and notifications (if enabled)
  • Improve app features and user experience
  • Provide customer support

Data Storage

Your training data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, your data is securely stored using Supabase (a secure cloud database service) and iCloud.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party services to help operate our App:
    • OpenRouter (AI coaching features - Pro/Elite tiers only)
    • Hume AI (voice synthesis - Pro/Elite tiers only)
    • Supabase (optional cloud storage)
    • Apple (Sign in with Apple, iCloud, In-App Purchases)
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

AI Features (Pro/Elite Tiers)

If you subscribe to Pro or Elite tiers, your dog profile data and training history may be sent to OpenRouter and Hume AI to provide personalized coaching. This data is used only to generate responses and is not stored by these providers beyond the duration of your session.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data within the App
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your training data
  • Disable cloud sync and use local-only storage
  • Opt out of push notifications

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption for data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
